Who are we looking for?
The HVG is looking for a Team Manager to coordinate the support function for a busy real estate team. The candidate for this position will be able to manage diverse tasks from communicating with clients and transaction collaborators by phone and email throughout the buying or selling process to creating marketing material and overseeing social media as well as direct mail marketing programs. The candidate will have excellent writing skills, and computer application fluency working in a variety of real estate:related programs. Familiarity with the real estate sales and transaction process is preferred but not required. Must be licensed or willing to become licensed. They also provide clerical support to agents on the team during the sales process. This involves maintaining listing and transaction files, scheduling closing dates and securing public information about a property. Assistants may not interpret contracts or negotiate on behalf of an agent or broker. A high level of energy and stamina is necessary to perform this job at the high level the team requires.

Real estate administrative assistants perform marketing tasks to help sell homes and fill vacant rental properties. These tasks include creating advertisements, posting photos and videos of available properties, producing brochures and fliers, planning open house events, scheduling property tours and answering questions about advertised properties.
