Job Description Real Estate Holdings Company with properties throughout New York City and boroughs is seeking an Assistant Field Manager to work directly with a portfolio of buildings. We want you to help with our portfolio by working in the field with a group of buildings Duties: - Working with one of our experienced property managers Working with an experienced field manager handleing day to day operations at a portfolio of buildings Working with supers/porters/handymen to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner and keep building personnel on point. Enforce policies and procedures with building personnel and discipline as necessary Work with HPD/DOB and Sanitation Violations Appear at court representing the company in violation hearings as necessary 24 hour emergency call as necessary. You will be in the field up to 4 days on the week, and one day in our office in Riverdale for paperwork. Requirements: You must have a valid driver license and a reliable car (you will receive compensation for your car and gas) Prior experience in Property Management is recommended We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team.
