Job Description Property Manager A prestigious real estate holding company based in the Bronx. We own and manage properties. We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include : Tending to the daily activity at our buildings on an as needed basis. Assisting existing property managers at building sites. Fielding questions and issues from in-building personnel (ie, Superintendents/Porters) and tenants Other tasks as assigned Requirements : High School Diploma (BA/BS Preferred) Must have a driver license and reliable car.
