Job Responsibilities

Your role will be to handle the rental process from start to finish, ensuring that your client will be well cared for. The Real Estate Rental Agent is a very rewarding and fast-paced position, perfect for those who want to earn a great living and take on a new challenge. As a Real Estate Rental Agent you will "match" interested renters with available rental real estate and apartments. You will participate in other sales-related and marketing activities to create a landlord and tenant base. Consulting with potential tenants and helping them to find apartments.

Job Requirements:

The ideal Real Estate Rental Agent will have an active real estate license and prior sales experience. The qualified Real Estate Rental Agent will also have:
A Current License or getting one
A Vehicle, Cell Phone
Basic computer and internet skills
Exemplary organizational and time management skills
Goal-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Long Island and surrounding areas
Experience as a leasing / real estate sales agent is a PLUS
