Position Summary:
The Real Estate Program Manager is accountable for management and execution of specific real estate projects through the entire life-cycle, mostly aligned by region. This includes all phases of the processes: Pre-Planning, Project Launch, Lease Transaction, Design and Construction, Change Communication, Project Administration, and all supporting functions. Utilizing internal and external resources, the Program Manager is the single project owner who assumes full ownership and accountability for the project end-to-end, as well as establishing and developing the relationship with the customer. The Program Manager will manage internal and external resources/suppliers to deliver projects on-time and under-budget. Program Manager will be involved in portfolio and strategic planning for related projects.

Job Responsibilities:
• Establishes capital plan budgets and ensures the business plan for those projects is prepared
• Establishes project budget, manages project financials and creates work plan/schedule
• Establishes the project plan and develops due dates, detailed tasks and activities
• Consistently delivers projects on time, on budget and according to Real Estate Services (RES) standards; utilizes current project control tools (i.e., TRIRIGA)
• Manages external service providers to deliver the quality and standards outlined in service level agreements
• Informs appropriate parties regarding ongoing project status, coordinates with Regional Operation teams and other Real Estate Leaders, and escalates issues as required
• Leads project teams comprised of COE specialists, project controller, and internal/external service providers
• Manages project resources to prepare required financial documentation processes, from the capital expenditure pre approval through payment.
• Ensures accuracy of data in Real Estate systems
• Establishes and maintains relationships with regional and local leaders
• Provides status on customer issues to appropriate management
• Prepares evaluative feedback on COE resources (internal/external)
• Maintains processes and targets established metrics
• Ensures minimal variation across capital plan and capital expenditure program

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Real Estate environment which includes all of the following:
• Full life cycle design and construction project management, planning through occupancy
• Lease negotiation
• Relationship Management

Travel Requirements:
Must be willing to travel up to 65% = approximately 3 days a week
