Max Returns Real Estate Investments is looking for a top notch inside sales person to join our sales team. We buy houses fast, as is, for cash and we are looking for more. As a member of our team you will be responding and following up on warm leads that have responded to our marketing efforts. This means no cold calling, however we are looking for a team member who understands that every lead is gold and is relentless in following up on those leads. All inside sales work is done by phone. No Cold Calling.
We have a proven system for closing deals and we need somebody who can take their natural talents and implement our already successful system.
You will close your own deals but you will also work as a team with our outside sales team. We dont pack 100 people into a large sales floor, we want a small close knit team where everybody makes money together.
What your day will look like as a super successful member of our team.
1. Come to work energized ready to attack leads as they arrive and relentlessly follow up on previously contacted leads
2. Report and communicate with our outside sales team on any appointments/or leads that need to be closed/or are closing
3. Log into our online database and follow up on all new warm leads/follow up on all existing leads. Commitment to using our online tools is a must.
4. Build rapport with homeowners and find out needs/wants and formulate cash offers for property (we will train you on the process). And close them over the phone
5. Email and mail out offers to purchase property to homeowners (full training on the process)
6. Communicate any closings to the entire team.
7 . Set appointments for HOT leads with our outside Acquisitions manager

We will provide full training including how to speak with homeowners, value properties, and close deals. You need to bring your natural talent to connect with people.
We are looking for a team member who will want to grow with our team. We are based in Holbrook NY right off Vets Highway and Lincoln ave . We have a ton of fun and we are looking for quality people to be considered for this position

First and foremost you must be committed to continual growth. If youre not willing to challenge yourself everyday, save us both the time. We want to see your life and income explode. Additional requirements:
1. Ability to use Microsoft Office and the internet with ease
2. Previous 2+ years of lead screening and or appointment setting with some inside sales work :working on the telephone
3. Experience in the real estate industry preferred but not necessary.
4. Must pass a background check and drug test.
5. We have high caliber employees in our office, if you dont think youll fit it, dont apply.
How we pay:
Base plus commission after certain quotas are met. You get commissions on the offers you make that we purchase PLUS a commission on the hot leads that our acquisitions manager closes. Annually in this position you can expect to earn between 60,000 and ,000 a year.
