Chef Wanted

Il Ristorante Salumeria Rosi on the upper east side is looking for cooks. This recently opened white table cloth restaurant is the second location for Chef Cesare Casella. Serving traditional Italian food this restaurant adheres to Chef Casella's philosophy of simple, honest, and classic food. We are looking for cooks of all experience levels. This is a small kitchen with a lot of energy. Please include a resume and a short description of yourself. Candidates must be hard working team players who love Italian cooking.
