Experienced line & prep cooks needed

High volume, fast paced mediterranean kitchen seeks highly organized, motivated and dependable prep cooks and line cooks. Line cooks must have 2 years NYC grill/saute experience, be highly motivated & completely organized. Prep cooks must be able to easily understand & follow directions, work independently & have restaurant kitchen experience. Both positions require applicants to be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
