A popular Restaurant Group will be focusing efforts in the heart of Downtown SONO creating a new design and concept. In a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, Harlan Publick will be searching for dedicated staff members to help bring this concept to life. The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job.

LINE COOKS

Minimum 2 years hot line experience
Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
Articulate and Passionate about Food and Career
Serve Safe / Food Handler's Certificate
Culinary Graduate Preferred

GARDE MANGER/ PREP COOKS

Strong Plating Skills
Strong Knife Skills
Food and Sanitation Knowledge a Must
Butchering Experience Preferred

DISHWASHERS

Must be able to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Ability to read and follow instructions.


Successful candidates will display a positive attitude, friendliness, an eagerness to learn, grow, and promote the Harlan Publick brand. Applicants should have extensive knowledge of food and beverage and the ability to convey that knowledge to coworkers.
