Maintain global distribution list & contacts. Partner with Divisions, Design, & Production on seasonal objectives. Complete & Communicate final linelist each season prior to launch of new trunk show. Review & finalize all costing, assign price ranges and distribute globally. Prepare, finalize, and distribute the seasonal order forms globally. Work closely with fabric team & swatch maker to receive new fabrics for box & distribute globally. Attend weekly WIP meetings. Manage the fabric quantities throughout season, update global partners when an item is sold out or work with fabric team when fabric needs to be re-ordered. Manage global requests & resolve with design/fabric team. Work with the divisional merchants to evaluate the selling by region & present end of season sales results. Job Requirements : College Graduate Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook Organized, strong communication and multitasking skills. 3 to 5 plus years of Merchandising or related experience.
