We are looking for a pastry chef who know that art of tempering and molding chocolate, Bake, make candy and taffy/gummies.

Although we do have 2 Auto Tempering Machines, we need someone who knows how to temper as well.

Be creative with design and recipes.

MUST KNOW HOW TO BAKE, without the need of a cookbook. Everyone can follow directions; we need someone that knows the science part in the baking.

MUST KNOW HOW TO TEMPER SUGAR

We need you to come up with new ideas of product and marketing.

This is a "as needed" basis. If we like your product and hire you, the work can be done on your schedule.

This is for kosher products so all ingredients, equipment and work utensils will be provided and must be used in our kitchen.
