Responsible for all functions of the restaurant including opening, mid and closing shifts. Must be able to coordinate staff and resources in a high volume environment. Strong sales building skills, knowledge of profit and loss, excellent communication skills, and a positive, results oriented attitude are a must. Must be able to make raving fans of our guests, fellow associates, purveyors, investors and the communities in which we do business. Typical Responsibilities: Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team Ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes discipline action, motivates and trains Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team Qualifications & Requirements: FOH: Experience in a full service restaurant management *Strong guest service and leadership skills; *Ability to handle multiple priorities and work load in a deadline driven, demanding environment; *Must be organized, self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail; *Beer, Wine, Liquor & food knowledge is essential; *Proficient computer skills are a must; *Training and coaching experience is expected.
