Enthusiastically promote the brand by being an ambassador for Carhartt. Develop a selling culture which encourages and supports the sales staff to provide a world class shopping experience. Implement revenue building strategies to achieve store sales goals and performance metrics. Promote an operational sound store environment thorough adherence to Carhartt-Ts policies and procedures. Ensure all safety policies and practices are understood and applied consistently. Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company brand standards and directives. Analyze local market trends to ensure an effective strategy exists to capture additional sales revenue through partnerships and event promotions. Recruit, hire and on-board all new store associates with the support of the Retail HR Generalist and the store leadership team. Create and maintain positive employee relations through building, leading and developing a quality store team. Ensure on-going specific and immediate coaching and feedback, and delivery of all performance documentation in a timely manner. Supervise and provide direction to all store associates. Manage staff schedules effectively.
