Why join us?

The Sales Associate position is mainly a communications position and performs teleprospecting functions out to our lead base. It will utilize your professional communication, your research and interviewing skills, as well as your marketing and sales skills. You will call companies across the US and talk to professionals about their business needs and initiatives. You will identify who the most appropriate decision maker in the company (usually a director, VP or even C-Level) by speaking/emailing with multiple company representatives. Then initiate a conversation with the decision maker to introduce our products & services, educate the decision maker on what value our platform has to offer. When you have identified a sales-ready lead, it gets passed along to a regional sales manager and they sell from there.

Your mission;

Identify, develop, and qualify new advertiser sales leads within your assigned territory.

Is this you?

  • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
  • You are able to work independently with remote supervision
  • You have excellent telephone and written communication skills
  • You have a professional, upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, and persistence
  • You are able to engage mangement decision-makers and influencers at any level
  • You have inside sales or customer service experience in a business-to-business environment
  • You have a proven track record in cold-calling, sales prospecting, and appointment setting
  • You understand organizational structures and decision-making processes
  • You can adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly-changing, dynamic environemtn
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university (4 years' business experience may be submitted for this requirement)
  • You have 1 year of sales experience
  • You have 1 year of experience in online marketing; this experience may be concurrent with above experience
