With a 5000 square foot State of the art kitchen, we’re looking for the right person to add impact and continue its success:

Primary responsibilities (But not limited to)

1) Supervise/oversee Kitchen Staff
2) Manage a team of 15-20 personnel
3) Strong decision making and problem solving skill Excellent communication skills
4) Track doh compliance
5) Monitor cleanliness of Kitchen

Daily Task:
1)SCHEDULES ALL CULINARY EMPLOYEES
2)Ability to organize and plan
3)Ability assimilate into a team and work well with others
4)Make decisions that get the best out of every situation
5)Able to ignore his or her ego if it arises.
6)Lead by example to inspire the kitchen staff
7)UNDERSTAND the mapping of the kitchen as it relates to each team; Prep Team, Garde Manger, Entrementier, Protein, & Pastry
