Trading Manager (Job Number: 1300235) Description To manage the activity and monitor the compliance of all The Bank of New York Mellon Financial Markets Traders. Responsible for the strategic plan and ultimately the profitability of trading at BNY Mellon Financial Markets. Responsible for the budget and profitability for all trading efforts. Responsible for the direct management of all MFM traders. Full oversight for all trading positions and limit utilization. Responsible for the implementation of all risk management procedures. Establish communication and cooperation with Sales Management for the distribution of securities. Effectively communicate with MFM sales force for each underwritten transaction as well as inventory positions. Establish communication and coordination with investment bankers for pricing and underwriting new issues. Qualifications Ten years Capital Markets trading experience. Prior managerial experience. Proven trading and hedging success. Excellent analytical and market skills. NASD, Series 7 & 24 required. BA/BS/MBA preferred.
