Eddie's Pizza received many requests to open in Manhattan and decided to act upon them. Eddie's decided the best way to reach as many people as possible was by being mobile. Eddie's set out to design a mobile food truck that could re-create the Bar Pie on-the-go. The Eddie's Pizza Truck uses the same bar pie recipe and cooking methods as the restaurant and offers regular and whole wheat 10" bar pies and 16" Large Pies that are thin crust, customized and made to order.
