Your share of Utilies are per month, but higher in the summer time with use of A/C in the apartment. To move in, all you need are clothes, towels, sheets and a friendly additude. Share with a 30 year old female and a professional male that is only home once a week. Laundromat is located in the lobby level of the building. The building is 4 blocks to the train and its a 20-30 minute ride into midtown Manhattan via number 7 express train.
Queens College is only 10-15 minutes away via Q25 or Q17 bus lines. St Johns is 30 minutes away. Supermarket, Bank,Bakery, Deli, Dry Cleaners and Pharmacy are all within a block of the apartment. Restaurants are within two blocks of the apartment.
Looking for someone that doesnt bring the party home with them.
