My current roommate moves out 12/28/2012, I'm looking for someone to move-in 1/1/2013 through May 31, 2013 (at least, I may extend the lease for another year)

It's about a 750 Sq. Foot space, great beautiful pre-war doorman entrance. The two bedrooms are separated. In the foyer are two humungous closets and three doors which enter into kitchen and separate bedrooms. A lot of privacy. The master bedroom which is available is furnished currently with a king bed, file cabinet, desk, nightstand, has a very large closet, a window with Air conditioner, and a sink.

We would share a large eat-in kitchen as well as the shower.

4. 5 month sublet with option to extend for summer or year after june 1 2013
