UNFORTUNATELY THE ROOM DOESNT RECEIVE DIRECT SUNLIGHT IN IT.
The Rooms size is around 110 sq/ feet.
I need someone to commit for at least two months up to 6 months with the possibility to length this period!!
Rate is 1,200 monthly Including Utilities. for a single person
Rate is usd 1,400.00 for a couple (maximum ONe month for a Couple)
Weekly rate $400.00
Reimbursable Security deposit is $ 800.00
Im a Hardworker Reliable, responsible,quiet,clean and easy going person whom respect others space/Boundaries.
Father of a 28 years old Graduated Son who doesnt live with me.
Im looking for someone who is responsible,reliable and respect the boundaries and doesnt bring party home.
My ideal Roommate ,Would be like a friend and at the same time enjoy time alone .This person would be respectful and pick up after/her/him herself!! The regular clean i will take care.
I have other roommate living in other room who moved in May 1st., 2012. An easy going 27 years old person who works for an advertisement agency company.
Notice each one of us will have your own key.
