This is one room about 11 X 16 with a small desk, two closets, two windows and a new full bed.
The room comes with your own log-in for Wi-Fi.
Room does not come with partial use of the kitchen but there is some space and a nice kitchen nook with a table. microwave.

A few short blocks from the R, M and one stop to FOREST HILLS for the F and E train.

A few blocks from Rego Mall (Century 21, Costco, Sears, Marshalls') in one direction and Forest Hills in the other.

Must be a dog lover. Familiarity with pug dogs is a plus.
Dog that makes some noises but there is a gate keeping him sequestered.
But you will know he is there. Some recognition is required.

There are also GEKOS (the little creature in the Gieko commercials) in some of the shared parts of the apartment as a natural control for bugs.

The downstairs neighbor is sensitive to noise but the room has required floor covering.

I prefer a female STUDENT (who is here to study and get a degree etc.) with solid references and income.

Reference list including parents, job information and copies of ID and verification of income.

I'm a nice, reasonable and understanding person and am seeking to same.

Rent is $500 per month plus 1/3 utilities. Utilities vary from $90 to $200. So that would be $30 to $65 but that's with an empty room.

Move in: $500 rent + $600 deposit = $1100. (Deposit in NOT last month's rent.)
