You will also share a fully furnished living room (with tv, dvd, and a couch that opens into a bed), fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in closet, a clean bathroom with large, deep cast iron tub for leisurely soaking. The bathroom is next to your room, so no running down the hall in the middle of the night!
Gas, electricity & internet included. Just bring your own bed!
Laundromat around the corner.
Space for small garden around perimeter of apartment, if you want to exercise a green thumb!
No pets, smoking, or wild parties. Overnight guests welcome in moderation. I occasionally have guests.
This small, 16-unit building is located in a quiet, tree-lined, historic neighborhood, Building is secure, with intercom. It is near La Guardia Airport, Elmhurst Hospital and Manhattan. Near sports arenas, big & small retailers, restaurants, and public library. 3 blocks from trains (7, F & E) & bus (Q32).
Prefer female room-mate but open to others. Your roommate enjoys cooking, photography, concerts, singing, theater, row-boating and bike riding. I also speak 3 languages. Between my business and social life, Im often away, which gives you lots of private time.
Available July 15st, 2012, but flexible on the move-in date.
One months rent and one months security required to move in. One year minimum stay.
