My business partner/roommate has branched out and now my roommate and I are looking to replace her in the master bedroom! The room fits a queen size bedroom, two big chest drawers, two night stands, and a big book shelf, along with a closet! This room is available Feb 1st (or if possible Jan 15) to September 1st !
We are looking for a cool respectful person, who enjoys life. We are very clean, and follow the motto, " CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF."
The ideal roommate is productive doesn't smoke, wont have people in and out of the house, and won't have a bf/gf living with them in our residence, RENT FREE.
We are 2 mins from the 1 train and 5 mins from the A express train, less than 35 mins to times square on either train!!! WE live off of two parks! If you love running like one of us does, there is a great trail. We have great restaurants and brunch spots nearby.
We are generally quiet but can have fun, both of us are extremely busy with photo shoots or projects and aren't home very often except to sleep.
The internet/cable is included. We will include utilities ONLY if you do not have an AC!
Did we mention we are in an elevator building??
