We are looking for a friendly and considerate housemate (man or woman) to share our
three-bedroom apt for March 15 or April 1 who will
- help maintain a friendly, cooperative, respectful living environment
- help clean and pay for household expenses
- pay rent on time
- stay at least one year
ABOUT US:
Robin: I am a 31 year-old-female, who values a cooperative, drama-free living environment. My fiancé (Hashim) and I are a friendly, positive, and happy couple, sharing one of the three rooms. I really enjoy living with other good, friendly people-- maybe from growing up in a big family. I teach kindergarten at a private school in Manhattan. When I'm not at work, I like to cook healthy food, work out at the gym, spend quality time with my fiancé, go for bike rides, catch up with housemates, work in the garden, study teacher books, or meet up with friends.
Hashim: I am a 31 year-old male, who enjoys a nice friendly atmosphere. I am co-founder of a developing dating information website company and edit videos, so I work on the computer a lot. I work part time as a production assistant and study film full time at Hunter College. I like debating about social/political issues.
John: I am a 31 year old gay-friendly straight guy who works in midtown. I am a partner in a small media company. I work from about 10 to 10 and sometimes on the weekends too. When I'm not working I like to hang with friends at a bar with a nice tap and have some beers and laughs. Overall I'd say I'm an honest, respectful, sometimes nerdy, sometimes silly guy.
