F. Tattoo Artist sks. Cool, creative Roommate to share artsy, West Village Apt. I'm very artistic, into alternative rock music, fashion, gothic lifestyle, non-smoker, vegetarian. I prefer creative, artist/musician types who are respectful, responsible, fun, friendly, positive energy, employed, mentally & emotionally secure, clean, non-smoker, mellow, vegetarian, roommate into rock music, art, fashion, & appreciation for all things that are unique. About the apt: The apt. is in an absolutely awesome location, in the greatest neighborhood, near to everything that you can want, shops, galleries, pubs, clubs, dining, theater, transportation, etc., all in 1 min. walking distance & 5 minutes from NYU & Washington Square Park, 10 mins. to East Village. Also, a lot of things are open 24 hrs. in the neighborhood. The rent is $900 a month,+ share of utilities, + 1 month security. This is for a 6 month-1 year minimum stay. The apt. is decorated very wild & colorful, artistic, cozy, eclectic, avant garde, kitschy, & decorated in a rock n' roll style. So, you must have an appreciation for totally cool & wild decor, colorful surroundings, animal prints & unusual, freaky artwork everywhere. You will not see any cooky-cutter white wash walls here. This is an older pre-war red brick building w/a lot of charm & character. The apt. is on the 1st floor walk up & also has an outside terrace w/a view of a very pretty, tree lined, trendy, bustling W. Village street. The room is approx,. 10x15 ft. & is semi furnished w/a bed, dresser, closet, etc. There are 2 windows in the room w/a front street view. You'll have your own room & share of the kitchen. This a serious ad & only those serious about this type of living situation need apply.
