Our client is a major MSP on site at a leading Investment Bank downtown manhattan The client seeks a technical recruiter reporting to the Onsite Program Manager and must maintain quality customer service and daytoday site operations with a focus on meeting contractual deliverables The candidate should have a minimum of 3 plus years experience recruiting across the IT field and must be able to tech spec all resumes that are submitted for open requisitions and determine which resumes should be presented to the Manager for consideration Staffing agency experience is critical so that this person understands the market that drives vendors and contingent worker population This position covers the full lifecycle of the contingent workforce from sourcing to off boarding and is the front line for all vendor management initiatives and issues QUALIFICATIONS 4 years of college Bachelorrsquos degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years experience in in HRRecruiting and customer service Minimum 3 years of Technical Recruiting
