Associate/ Senior Associate, Digital Media Operations - Cline Davis & Mann (New York, NY)

We are looking for an Associate, Digital Media operations to join our thriving Media Group!
Responsibilities:
* Digital Media Project Management:Responsible for coordinating the execution of digital media campaigns
* Digital Ad Trafficking:Digital Spec Management and Trafficking of digital assets within PointRoll AdPortal ad server; managingDigital Media Campaign Trafficking Matrix, verifying that each digital media campaign has launched, and assets are functioning and clicking-thru properly;optimize creative by altering creative weighting and flighting
* Digital Media Metrics Management:Managingkey performance indicators per digital media campaign (impressions delivered, clicks received, CTR per digital media vendor, banner size, media type, and concept);
* Digital Media Analytics:Provide observations of given performance and recommendations for optimal performance per digital media campaign
* Would be trained to additionally handle:
* Managing and optimizing of SEM campaigns via Google AdWords
QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
* Detailed-oriented
* Works well under pressure
* Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
* Bachelor’s degree
