What you’ll be doing...

With every call we make, our call center team has the opportunity to create a new, happy customer with our cutting edge video, voice, and internet services. Your role will be to lead a team of sales consultants within the call center who will be building our business by adding new customers or broadening what existing users buy already. You’ll be inspiring and guiding your team along the way so they can share our exceptional offers and help customers choose our services to meet their needs.

  • Leading a team of 10-18 sales consultants.
  • Setting sales targets and goals and supporting the team to achieve them.
  • Engaging with the team to inspire excellence in customer service.
  • Evaluating call center reports to plan for sales, improve performance, and enhance service.
  • Checking in with your team members for feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.

What we’re looking for...

You are energized by driving sales and working with numbers. Sharing this energy with a team that you can develop and motivate excites you most. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You set the bar high when it comes to achieving goals, and you know how to motivate others to help you get there. You’re open to new ideas, relate well with a variety of different people and are attuned to the needs of others to ensure that they can perform at their best.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to work in the evenings or on weekends.

Even better if you have:

  • Worked as a supervisor in a sales environment or a call center.
  • Led, developed, and coached a sales team.
  • Met sales targets. Ideally, individual and team goals.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

In addition:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
