Commercial Operations Specialist II Job ID 53281 Location New York Full/Part Time Full-Time Regular/Temporary Regular Schedule Details/Location This position is located in Brooklyn, NY. Job Duties Responsible for the daily data integrity of new and existing commercial real estate loan information contained on multiple loan tracking and operating systems. Will be responsible for the processing loan payments on a daily basis and creating reconciliation reports to insure proper proof and control. Will also field incoming correspondence from internal and external clients and insure complete satisfaction and resolution to their inquiries and requests. Assist fellow associates during peak volume periods insuring adherence to established policies, processes and guidelines. Processing of new loan data in multiple loan tracking systems insuring the highest level of data integrity. Accurate and detailed processing of loan repayments. Field incoming correspondence ( written and verbal ) from internal and external clients and respond in a timely manner with superior customer service/ Work as part of a team during high volume periods maintaining accurate and detailed records. Respond to and process requests for loan advances from borrowers. Special projects as assigned by manager. Willingness to be cross-trained in all areas of mortgage loan servicing. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency required: some college course work completed preferred. 1-3 years of banking or financial services background or some other similar operations experience. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); working knowledge of loan operations systems helpful. Knowledge and experience in Windows operating systems.
