Immediate hiring for linguist - Legal interpreting Services (Brooklyn, NY)

New York based language company is currently recruiting linguists who have previous Title III Monitoring experience with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or any relevant interpreting, translating, or transcription experience that can lend itself to a long-term contract that we have been recently awarded with ICE. Linguists will be 1099 independent contractors. LOOKING TO HIRE QUALIFIED CANDIDATES IMMEDIATELY! Requirements: -MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE (Preferably I.C.E/D.E.A) *If you do not hold clearance you must meet all other requirements and be willing to go through background investigation security clearance process. -Must have strong comprehension of spoken and written English as well as native language for other submission. -Previous Title III Monitoring, translation, transcription and interpretation experience. -Must possess certification such as ATA, US or State Courts, FBI, US Department of State, etc. or be willing to take and pass a language proficiency exam.
