Seeking highly motivated Junior Mileage brokers. Base pay + commission.

We are a Brooklyn based startup and we buy credit rewards and frequent flyer miles. We are looking for 4-5 outgoing young sales guys to join our team and buy miles.

You will be offering businesses cash for their miles and reward points. This is reverse sales. Instead of asking people to buy something from you, you are offering to pay them!

We go to events, shows, & conventions. We challenge each other, create goals, and overall we have lots of fun doing our job. This is a growing industry and you will have the opportunity to become a full fledged mileage broker.

Our junior mileage broker role is ideal for someone newer to the mileage and rewards business, who wants to partner with a senior broker. The broker will prospect for new clients and as well as service existing clientele of the senior advisor. (1099 opportunity)

Once a solid client base is developed, junior mileage brokers have the opportunity to become fully licensed mileage brokers.

Successful brokers must possess excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone. A strong work ethic, good judgment, mathematical aptitude, the capability to withstand high pressure situations, and a genuine interest in finance are all necessary skills for a junior stock broker.


Sales/Consulting/Customer Service
Operate as company’s mileage expert on rewards and cash back matters
Consult with warm leads regarding cash back opportunities and to identify proper solutions
Prospecting for new clients
Assist with firm wide marketing strategies
Collaborate with other professionals to find solution for complex needs of the client or prospect

The qualified individual will:
Advise clients, companies, and institutions in the development and execution of their individualized rewards and money back strategies.
Display the ability to be a self-starter/entrepreneur and demonstrate high skill with relationships and the key competencies required to be a successful advisor including: the ability to generate leads; set and hold productive meetings; present and implement solutions; and be proactive in providing ongoing support and service.
Understand that our value lies in the depth of client relationships and is exceptional at developing them, particularly with high net worth prospects and clients
Be an established, consummate professional at all times, both internally with our team and externally with the public.
Provide clients with a full range of reward brokering services that urwex provides.

Desired Skills and Experience
2+ yrs. financial sales experience preferred
Ability to build and manage client relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Problem solving skills to determine the most efficient method of problem resolution while complying with corporate and regulatory procedures
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Work both independently and within a team
