What you’ll be doing...

The Manager of MarCom CRM will own the creative strategy, design, and final asset development for all direct-to-customer communications. They will lead creative across a wide variety of priority programs to the customer base. This individual will interface and collaborate with the Wireless Business unit to drive strategies that ensure brand consistency across multiple customer touch points and CRM vehicles. They will be responsible for building creative that is thoughtfully integrated with other branded elements and represents best in class direct response practices. This individual will lead a 360 creative view for all campaign elements delivered through channels such as email, direct mail, mobile push notifications and SMS/MMS. They will manage agency/client relationships; delivering programs that are on time, within budget, ensuring messaging aligns with overarching strategy. The MarCom CRM Manager will participate in creative reviews/present concepts to leadership, must be highly communicable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Eight+ years of relevant work experience in MarCom, CRM, Agency Management, Digital Marketing
  • Understanding of integrated marketing principles

  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing best practices; tailoring creative and messaging to unique customer segments

  • Ability to write briefs, work closely with all disciplines within the agency/client creative development process

  • Ability to deliver premier customer experiences through multiple CRM touchpoints and marketing channels

  • Ability to take smart risks; defend work and make strategic decisions

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including presentations to leadership and public speaking

  • Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Committed to upholding the Verizon Brand, culture and credo

  • Creative Problem Solving- ability to analyze information from various sources and extract key messages

  • Proficient in all things CRM, including test design, segmentation/targeting, and creative execution

  • Is an ambassador for the marketing department objectives and point of view on the Company’s brand and its visual and verbal brand identity
