General Function: Partner with the sales organization to provide superior service to key customers in the marketplace with revenue base of up to $5M.Typically handles transactions between $400 and $100,0, focusing on traditional forms orders that require proofing.Makes decisions, such as credit adjustments, based on established guidelines.Service encompasses: facilitating and managing the sourcing and order management processes; developing relationships with key members of a customers organization; being proactive in problem solving and working with internal departments to enhance service output to the customer. Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Relationship & Service: Develop customer relationships primarily through phone interactions to solidify WorkflowOnes value to the customer. Provide customers with highest quality of customer service by dealing with and resolving customer requests. Partner with Order Management, Billing, and other functions to manage inventory and ensure accurate billing. Develop excellent relationships with all internal departments and utilize those relationships to help resolve customer issues. Ensure creation and ongoing maintenance of customer profile documents for assigned account base. Utilize all required tools to enter, monitor, and report on customer activity. Escalate key service issues or opportunities to sales representatives, appropriate internal departments, and upper management as deemed appropriate. Partner with the Regional Operations Manager to enhance ways to improve customer service and fine tune supporting business processes. Order Management: Partner with Account Executives to provide the highest possible level of order fulfillment service to customers. Work with Sourcing and Order Management departments to drive customer focused projects (order requests) for repeat and new products or services. Utilize company specific technology to enter project information and monitor progress of sourcing, production, and delivery. Utilize Netsource tool to manage special projects relating to customer requests; ensuring that Implementation, Operations and Customer Services complete project tasks. Negotiate with customers on matters of significance as it relates to products, services, and costs. Reporting and Analysis: Analyze available reporting to proactively solve customer issues. Make recommendations to customers regarding products and services offered by WFO. Anticipate customer needs through analysis of available information, such as buying habits, customers industry trends, how WFO offerings fit into customers business plan.
