The National Business Director is primarily responsible for exceeding the product sales goals and other key performance metrics. The National Business Director's focus is leading, directing, and managing the activities of the inVentiv Field Sales Organization and insure flawless execution of the Client's marketing plan.

Qualified candidates must possess:
- 4 year Baccalaureate level degree from an accredited institution. An MBA is preferred
- 10+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- Min 3-5 years experience as a 2nd line manager (RSD, or higher)
- New product launch experience preferred
- National sales leadership experience preferred
- Oncology-based sales experience is strongly preferred
