What you’ll be doing...

The SMB Product and Experience team is working passionately to build the best product experiences that connect businesses to their customers simply, securely, and reliably. We are in need of an innovative and strategic thinker, who will synthesize an understanding of customer needs, market trends, financial drivers, and growth opportunities into a holistic portfolio strategy and roadmap. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and partners to define customer experience definitionsthrough concept ideation and solutionvalidation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leverage best practices to help define and bring to life a vision for the SMB Product and Experience team, developing a set of principles and plans for our portfolio’s evolution
  • Understand, research, articulate and champion our customers’ needs across the business and identify opportunities to best meet requirements
  • Develop creative solutions leveraging existing and new products, benefits and capabilities that meet customer needs, target portfolio growth and drive the evolution of the product line strategy
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization and effectively syndicate recommendations with Senior Leaders to align on our vision and roadmap
  • Develop and articulate the cross-functional business case for change and influence key stakeholders and leadership to allocate necessary resources to achieve desired changes
  • Manage multiple work streams under pressure of deadlines across departmental boundaries and deliver a diverse set of transformational initiatives whose net impact will likely be well over $1B in revenue
  • Prioritize efforts to help the greater SMB Product and Experience team focus on the most impactful opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7+ combined years in technology, strategy, product management, sales/marketing, operations and/or online enablement
  • Naturally inquisitive, curious, systemic thinker
  • Strategic, self-starter and structured thinker who has a high level of accountability and strong problem solving, analytical, and decision making skills
  • Exceptional storyteller with experience creating executive level presentations that communicate complex concepts through clear, compelling methods
  • Comfortable with challenging the status quo and driving change across the organization
  • Experience working with teams, both internal and external, across larges lines of business, that are outside of immediate area of responsibility
  • Demonstrate capabilities in extrapolating business strategies, market sizing, and risk analysis with minimal guidance from management
  • In depth knowledge of the SMB segment, including technology, pricing/offer strategies, and business models
  • An understanding of UI, UX, and CX concepts and experience in product management a plus
