What you’ll be doing...
Our marketing team relies on information and tools to make better and smarter decisions every day. That’s where you come in. HQ CRM is using Real-Time-Decisioning (RTD) platform to deliver real time decision management across VZW systems, programs and channels. The RTD platform requires technical builds and system integration as well as ongoing input, evaluation and maintenance to keep it in sync with marketing programs and customer loyalty and revenue generation programs. The CRM organization centralizes new RTD development and daily RTD operations within one team. The RTD Capabilities lead will support CRM’s RTD mission and is a critical role that balances business needs and IT capabilities to drive to the greatest market value in the least amount of time. S/he must negotiate priority, timing, and have technical expertise in order to advance the program at an accelerated pace.
This role will be primarily responsible for:
Serve as a business owner and expert of RTD capabilities within the larger rewards program and story team. Write stories, groom stories, determine prioritization, negotiate delivery, review and sign off on final test cases within an Agile workflow.
Attend all daily calls, and being on-call as escalation decision-maker for every Enterprise Release.
Serve as the single point of contact for IT architects, IT project managers and developers on all new RTD development requests
Educate other cross-team leads on RTD capabilities, communicate changes
Communicate high level designs to leadership
Recommend quarterly roadmap for technical prioritization and delivery

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Marketing Operations experience
Even better if you have:
MBA. Ideally, in marketing.
Consumer marketing experience.
Comfort with using data to support decision making for various purposes and audiences.
Wrote user stories, conducted user acceptance testing, developed detailed business requirements, and built personalized online experiences.
Applied marketing automation best practices and processes.
Experience with Agile process.
