Job Description We are looking for Outside Sales Representatives for National Accounts and Mid-end Majors for NY.All Considered Candidates MUST have Fine Jewelry Experience and be able to live in NY.OverviewResponsible for increasing sales and brand awareness with each retail partner and initiating and developing sales from new customers within their assigned territory by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.Daily travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone. Sustains a high level of customer service by performing tasks according to the clients agenda, responding quickly to customer inquiry and other communications, troubleshooting any business related problems, and following-up with clients to ensure they are satisfied.Displays or demonstrates product, using an iPad and color samples, and emphasizes salable features.Merchandise showcases & train retail staff on products and promotional advertising.Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firms production and delivery schedules.Prepares reports of travel itinerary and business transactions. Maintains expense report accounting.
