  • The Sales Coordinator position requires someone who is skilled in word processing, spreadsheets and time management software.
  • He/she will prepare letters, maintain schedules, client contacts, and communicate project deadlines throughout the sales team.
  • He/she will be required to set up meetings, conference calls, and answer phones for various sales representatives.
  • He/she will also contribute by creating media kits, coordinating special projects, and compiling large amount of research for the sales staff and other team members.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales/advertising (internships count)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
