- Knowledge and experience of enterprise architecture best practices and frameworks is a PLUS
What you will be doing:
- You will be delivering demos of our product and its benefits to our clients
- Answer any and all technical questions that our clients may have (customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general feature/functionality of our platform)
- Provide feedback to the product development team, the sales team and/or the support team
- Train and engage our clients in the product architecture, configuration and the use of our platform
- Present software solutions to prospective clients (present to IT managers and C-level executives)
- Lead the completion of RFI and RFP projects
- Document and track all of the activity through CRM
- Provide technical support to our sales team
