(CBS Television Distribution in New York is currently seeking a Sales Planner.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of advertising schedules from proposal to payment
Build media plans and schedule units based on inventory avails
Resolve any traffic and financial discrepancies
Manage liability and book recap units when needed
Process and analyze sales posts or personnel from multiple departments such as Sales, Research, Traffic and Accounting to provide timely and accurate information to the sales team and to the client
Fill inventory avails and clear oversells to meet integration deadlines
Build and maintain quality relationships with media agencies
