I am actively searching for an intern to work on the Interim and Contract recruitment desks for the Banking, Financial Services, Legal and Compliance practices. The successful candidate will have an incredible opportunity to gain professional experience in the corporate workplace while developing interpersonal, communication and commercial skills, allowing real responsibility for personal and professional growth. Each day you'll face challenges which will require you to use your personality and intuitive skills Responsibilities: Assist with business development efforts by mapping out markets, creating organizational charts and cultivating key points of contacts Generating strong candidates through networking and direct marketing efforts Manage, organize and provide correspondence with our existing candidate base Assist in obtaining and tracking leads with potential clients Assist with both seasonal and direct marketing campaigns Take ownership for various ad-hoc projects What we are looking for: Individuals should be entering either their junior or senior year of college Strong desire to be a part of a winning team with an organization that values dedication, ambition, pride and a work hard, play hard attitude You MUST bring enormous enthusiasm, energy, commitment and a great attitude Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment Experience living or working abroad a big plus
