To read the latest about our Salesforce.com practice and career opportunities, please Click Here Role Description The largest business unit within PwC’s Advisory Services, Products & Services Industries (P&SI) provides specialized business and technology consulting services to clients across several sectors by combining functional expertise with deep industry knowledge. P&SI serves public and private companies in the Automotive, Energy, Entertainment, Media, and Communications, Industrial Products, Private Equity, Retail and Consumer, Technology, and Utilities sectors. PricewaterhouseCoopers customers cite our proven record of maintaining excellent relationships with our own customers as one important reason why they choose us to help them devise and implement their own customer service strategies. Key Responsibilities May Include: Working with the client to understand and document their existing processes as well as document their future, improved and standardized processes that will be enabled by the Salesforce.com solution Define the desired customer experience through customer and market insight Align customer service channels, non-sales workforce, and other parts of the business with overall growth objectives to develop a well-conceived customer service strategy Leverage people, processes, and technology to establish a culture, commitment, and infrastructure that supports the service strategy Identify and remedy billing and other performance issues that lead to customer dissatisfaction Carry an annual revenue sales target each fiscal year. (The annual revenue salestarget means revenue that you generate through sales, or that is attributed to you, as determined by the Firm in its sole discretion.) Also, as a director, you will have an annual engagement revenue managed delivered target each fiscal year. (The annual engagement revenue managed delivered target means the total dollar value of the projects that you manage in a fiscal year, as determined by the Firm in its sole discretion.) Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 5-7 years consulting experience 5-7 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience 5-7 years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis 2-3 years of experience leading teams and delivering large Salesforce.com enterprise projects in a consulting environment Delivery Leadership/Management Lead the delivery of mid to large complex Salesforce.com implementations and development efforts and act as a subject matter expert. Preferred Skills Deep functional experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM packages Extensive experience developing and holding a point of view including comparative performance of companies, application of standard industry practices, development of a business vision for customer service change, and implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities. Should have experience and interest in presenting at industry conferences and forums. Thorough experience identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection. Thorough experience as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation. Experience with transformational implementations for large companies Extensive work experience developing and implementing multiple SFDC projects at one time Proven Salesforce.com related business development and revenue generation experience with an annual revenue sales target of $2,000,000 each fiscal year At least one of the following Salesforce.com certifications, including Sales, Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator and Advanced Administrator and/or Developer, Advanced Developer, Technical Architect Salesforce.com Service Cloud implementation experience Force.com implementation experience Experience working with AppExchange products Minimum of 5 full life cycle Salesforce.com implementations Proven consulting experience Agile experience Supervisory and project management experience
