Large Corporation in NY needs: Sr Channel Sales Director: Software / Technical products Business Development Manager: Software / Technical products At least 5 years sales and channel development experience with B2B technology provider, preferably enterprise software company. Very strong technical knowledge of networks and computing infrastructure in the following areas: enterprise software applications, middleware, ERP, database, and other backend systems Channel Development Director is responsible for identifying new channel partners that can successfully deliver solutions and services. Will be responsible for negotiating the necessary agreements and working directly with the channel and the end customers to drive incremental revenue and profit. Responsibilities: Identifies and recruits new System Integrator channel partners Formulates “Win-Win” go to market models that leverages expertise of Company Negotiates agreements with channel partners that reflects the partnership objectives while also protecting company interests. Develops targeted marketing and sales plans with channel partners and ensures that stated objectives are met. Launches new solutions through channel Supports selling activities in other channels including direct sales Demonstrates company portfolio in partner and industry events and customer calls Qualifications: At least 5 years sales and channel development experience with B2B technology provider, preferably enterprise software company. Very strong technical knowledge of networks and computing infrastructure in the following areas: enterprise software applications, middleware, ERP, database, and other backend systems Deep understanding and experience working with technology distribution channels Existing relationships with System Integrators and VARs Professional sales experience Ability to identify, recruit, train, and motivate channel partners Outstanding presentation skills Strong writing skills. Able to translate technology features into compelling customer benefits.
