(Playbutton is seeking a dynamic and energetic leader as the first sales hire to stategize pitches, lead the sales effort, manage a salesforce and close deals. This role requires proven experience in direct marketing.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting, identifying leads, selling and closing big deals-simple as that
Work directly with CEO to strategize and pitch global brands
Have a deep understanding and proven track record in direct marketing sales
Organize, motivate, manage, develop and scale a highly effective sales organization
Work directly with CEO to develop a detailed sales strategy, metrics, aggressive targets, plans and execution
Manage domestic and international external commission-based salesforces
Cultivate and grow relationships with potential clients
Meet and exceed personal, team and company sales targets
Leverage personal relationships and contacts to open doors and close deals
Work closely with Client Relations team to ensure client retention and maximum growth of key accounts
Keep detailed notes and organized records of all prospect and account activity and information
Other business related duties deemed necessary by management
