(- Work with Director of Community Relationships to strategize and implement Lark's communications plan.
- Generate content, text and design for programs, press releases, surveys and other public event-related materials.
- Manage and update website
- Engage significantly in social media and e-marketing tools
- Manage box office and ticketing
- Create and distribute e-blasts and monthly e-newsletter
- Oversee press and print materials archive
- Collect and analyze all statistics gathered from audience surveys and box office reports
- Coordinate documentation of programming (photos, video, etc.)
- Engage in cross-marketing initiatives and help develop and maintain community partnerships
- 1-2 years experience in communications or marketing preferably in the performing arts
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve
- Experience in communicating with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Facebook and Twitter; experience in Fireworks, WordPress and Dreamweaver a plus
- Ability to work creatively and be a strong team player
