Location: New York City – All 5 Boroughs
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full Time
Job Description
• Requires 3-5 years of construction sales experience
• Ability to travel between all of New York City
• Superb communication and presentation skills
• Perform bids / estimates from blue prints
• Contact potential customers to generate leads
• Establish and maintain sales reports
• Develop strategies to generate sales
• Travel to job sites
• Responsible for all sales calls
• Address all customer concerns for call backs - Assure client satisfaction
• Ensured that job was performed properly and on time
• Open a lead and close a deal
• Good knowledge of the tools and products used in the construction industry
• Efficiency with computers and internet for making presentation slides and excel worksheets
• Good analytical and logical thinking ability
• Ability to lead a small to medium sized team
• Good in timekeeping and meeting deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills, and good in creating public relations
• Coordinate with project manager and construction team when necessary
• Manage company advertising and project leads
• Creating a budget plan for sales
• Internet marketing a must
Required Qualifications
• Any Construction / Safety Certificates
• Construction related courses completed
• Strong project management skills
• Personality will be huge for this role
• Some College preferred
• 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience in a high-paced, demanding environment
• Hands-on experience related to construction and sales
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• You will be responsible for bringing in new business
