(Develop & implement publicity programs around company research and analytics working closely with Clear Channel's research division.
Work closely with the National Sales, Marketing and Partnership division to evaluate and implement potential publicity opportunities around new initiatives and campaigns.
Oversee the publicity planning, press material development and distribution for Clear Channel subsidiaries - Katz Media Group and Total Traffic Network.
Provide internal communications support for all divisions under Clear Channel Media and Entertainment including the development and dissemination of strategic internal messaging including company memos, staff announcements, etc.
Development of media releases, letters, speeches & assorted communication materials; edit & review majority of internal & external communications.
Assist with general regional and national media relations for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment.
Assist with crisis media management program on both a local and national basis including development of company positioning, field & respond to media inquiries and manage internal & external communications.
Develops and maintains relationships with key media contacts (national and local press, etc.) including day-to-day pitching and media coordination.
Remain knowledgeable of world and industry events, as they may affect the company's reputation. Anticipate and address concerns through the preparation of talking points and Q&A; utilize timely happenings to company's advantage when applicable.
Identify and execute appropriate meeting, networking and speaking engagements for CC staff and, as required, assists in the drafting of speeches, presentations, publications, reports, etc.
Manage brand identity and consistency through implementation of organization-wide standards, procedures and protocols to protect the use of the mission statement, logo, tag line, brand requirements, etc.
