We are seeking new and talented candidates to join our proprietary trading desk. Traders are responsible for decision making in regards to trades, analysis on multiple time frames, risk management, and developing and maintaining disciplined trading plans. As an entry level trader, new hires will receive comprehensive and hands-on training from industry professionals. Our training program covers crucial strategies and concepts fundamental to prosperous trading as well as trading psychology. Through the training program, our traders acquire an acute sensitivity to market behavior, as well as an aptitude for analyzing its activity. Traders will develop the ability to operate effectively in high stress situations. We do not live in a static world, nor do we trade in a static market. Therefore, we encourage constant evolution in our traders by offering continuous learning throughout one’s career via constant mentoring from senior traders. Traders will also have access to T3Live, a separate but affiliated company. We aim to cultivate talent and make it an integral part of our trading team. One's success is ultimately based on his/her independent performance, however communication between traders of all levels is encouraged through daily group meetings.
