Information Security Operations Manager DESCRIPTION The focus of this position is to manage the daytoday operational aspects of the Information Security Program for this global financial organization This involves managing the activities of the information security team to ensure that daily activities associated with providing information security services to the organization are met EXPERIENCE 1 Policy Compliance Oversight Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures Policy exceptions review Template review and approval Reporting 2 Information Security Daily Activity Monitoring Oversee and manage daily activities such as user account maintenance activity report reviews customer service center call response etc Review all security related activity to ensure service levels are being met Access Reviews Admin Activity Review and logging 3 Threat Management and Incident Handling Manage and maintain the security incident handling process within the Bank Review and followup on all Incidents and other security advisories to ensure any identified vulnerabilities are addressed appropriately Endpoint status review Health checks for Sec Apps Malware alert review 4 Third Party Security Management Adequately maintain information security where the responsibility for information processing has been outsourced to another organization Oversee vendors consultants and ThirdParty Service Providers to ensure that baseline information security configurations are defined for products deployed across all technology platforms SKILLS Sound knowledge of Information Security controls concepts and best practices is required along with a solid understanding of technology and associated security risks Strong analytical and research skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required Ability to work collaboratively with a range of functions is essential CISSP or related security certification At least 5 years of experience exclusively in an Information Security role with an IT background Experience in overseeing an information security program in a financial institution is required including solid experience and understanding of the regulatory environment and information security requirements of a financial institution SEND YOUR RESUME IN CONFIDENCE TO ADMINSSUSACOM mailtoADMINSSUSACOM
