Responsible for the design, implementation and administration of all compensation programs for all PSEG non:union employees. Responsible for the effective management of the organization's salary management, short and long term incentive programs, job evaluations, job descriptions and other executive programs. Responsible for plan design and governance of the compensation programs in order to maintain the organization's objectives and competitive position in the marketplace. Provides support to senior management and the Organization and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors including providing recommendations, drafting materials, management of executive compensation and other executive programs. Oversee the company's stock plan administration function including managing external vendors, deferred compensation programs, long term incentives and employee stock purchase plan. Contribute to various filings such as the annual Proxy, compensation discussion and analysis and various compensation related tables and footnotes. Leads, develops and coaches a team of associates and provides feedback on performance and future development.
:8:10+ years of compensation related experience
Knowledge, Skills and abilities to perform the job:
:Project management : ability to multitask and lead cross functional projects
:Solid negotiation skills
:Excellent Communications skills
:Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
:3:5 years of supervisory experience
:Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
